NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC ADVENTURE MAGAZINE July 2006
Welsh Media Productions provided stock photography for the National Parks issue.
National Geographic was searching for a specific image that would compliment a column on camping in Everglades National Park. During a week long solo kayaking expedition of the Everglades, Welsh Media Productions photographed Sweetwater Chickee during sunrise in March 2005. The image was photographed with a Swedish panoramic Hasselblad film camera. It was scanned to the client’s specifications, then licensed for a one time publication fee, and appeared in the July 2006 issue.
